RechargeBay AE is committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the digital nature of our mobile recharge services, all sales are generally considered final once the recharge has been successfully processed and delivered to the recipient mobile number.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
